About Us Chester Air link was born out of a desire to provide a quality service at a realistic price. Prior to launching the company the partners of Chester Airlink spent considerable time researching appropriate vehicles for Airport Transfers, to give you, our customer, a safe and comfortable journey to your destination. As a result Chester Airlink only use modern purpose built taxis, capable of transporting a maximum of 7 passengers. All Chester Airlink vehicles, and drivers, are fully licensed by Cheshire West and Chester Council. In addition all vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Between them the partners have more than 30 years experience in the Taxi and Airport Transfer business, and have all attained NVQ in Passenger Transport. Q & A Q. Your prices are very good, what’s the catch? Will we have to share with other people? A. There is no catch, the price quoted when you contact Chester Air link is the price you will pay (unless you alter the number of passengers, or pick up points prior to departure). No sharing GUARANTEED, the price quoted is for your party. Q. We have booked a return trip with Chester Airlink, what happens if our return flight is delayed? A. Chester Air link continually monitor arrival times, in the event your flight is delayed we will reschedule the pickup time accordingly. Q. How will we know where to meet our driver when we return? A. The driver for your journey TO the airport will exchange mobile phone numbers with you, and ask you to phone when you have reclaimed your baggage, when he will explain where to wait for him. Q. I see you accept credit and debit cards what is the processing fee. A. Currently the processing fee is 10% of the fare and is applied by the card handling company. Chester Air link realize that this is an extra cost to you, our valued customer, and are investigating alternate methods of offering credit/debit card payment. Q. Our party is larger than 7 persons can you still provide transport? A. Of course, 7 seats is the capacity of just one vehicle, Chester Air link can dispatch sufficient vehicles to cater for your party.
